Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer. Suspension Spring. Design and development for different load requirements for a variety of land vehicles. Tailor design to meet load requirement. This offers a 70% reduction in coil spring weight.

Level 3+ Ballistic tolerant materials. Polymer based solution to replace the heavier more cumbersome stainless steel alloy options on the market. Design and development of these lighter weight solutions.

Autonomous vehicle embedded sensors and multi-functional materials solutions. Designed and developed a lightweight propulsion system to enable unmanned aerial systems to more ably sense and avoid aerial hazards. Joining Dissimilar Materials

Many of our projects require the joining of very dissimilar materials, for example, the development of vessels for the shipping and aeronautics industries. On numerous occasions, our consultants have studied the characteristics of the adjoining structures and weld interface and recommended the most viable solution, whether impact welding, explosive welding or friction stir welding. Our clients are in the private industry and government.
