Global Metallix LLC Founder, Jack Massarello is deeply committed to the successful fulfillment of each client’s objectives. The firm’s consultants include many of the top engineers and scientists in the metallurgy and materials field and have worked with Global Metallix LLC since its 2008 inception.

Jack Massarello specializes in advanced joining technologies applicable to the bi-metallic explosive welding, friction stir, and ultrasonic welding industries. He is also experienced in advanced metal alloy and composite material applications for use in primary, secondary, and tertiary structural applications in the space, aerospace, and automobile industries. His material knowledge and focus in the specialty metals industry includes 4000 series alloys, maraging and tool steels, Ni-based alloys, aerospace grade aluminums, and a series of corrosion resistant claddings.
